SpectraView is a web-based accessibility tool that provides:

• Color vision deficiency simulation and correction
• Color palette analysis tools
• Image accessibility analysis
• Website accessibility auditing
• Chrome extension code for personal use

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use SpectraView for personal and commercial accessibility testing purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may:

• Use the web application for accessibility analysis
• Create and use the provided Chrome extension code
• Share results and insights from using our tools

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to overload or disrupt the service
• Redistribute our code as your own product

Disclaimer

SpectraView is provided as an accessibility aid and educational tool. While we strive for accuracy:

• Results should be verified with actual users with color vision deficiencies
• Our simulations are approximations and may not represent all individual experiences
• We recommend using multiple accessibility testing methods
• The service is provided "as is" without any guarantees

Limitations

In no event shall SpectraView or its creators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SpectraView, even if SpectraView or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
